How to file a takedown notice
The operator respects valid copyright claims. Send a written notice with the six elements required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) (where applicable) or the equivalent under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. Takedowns are processed within 10 business days.
What to include
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- The URL of the allegedly infringing material on gethindi777.com
- Your name, address, telephone and email
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder
- Your physical or electronic signature
Counter notices
If you believe your content was removed in error, send a counter notice containing the elements required by the safe-harbour provisions. The operator forwards counter notices in line with the published response window.
Repeat infringers
The operator terminates accounts of repeat infringers when the takedown record demonstrates a pattern.
The operator acts in line with the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (as amended). For users in restricted states, the operator follows the Public Gambling Act, 1867 and the state-level rules currently in force (Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra and any others on the restricted list).
